i thought that was really good actually, i do a design tech course at university and my lecturer didnt explain it this well! and she was stood right by me showing me using my own yarn and needles! that was really useful, thanks so much!
IM a guy, but I have a lot of spare time and I need some gifts for this Holiday so I bought a knitting kit from ebay and some heavy weighted yarn

If your yarn is on one needle you are just doing the first stitch same as she is showing. She is already in the middle of the row.
uhm…. enable for you to show us is to start with a fresh needles and everything…..cause when you do that it makes it seem so complacated
